A first for TechDrive Zürich: two guests in the car at the same time. Katka Letzing and Anna Hakobyan co-initiated Swiss {ai} Weeks, five weeks of AI events running the length of the country from 1 September into early October, with more than 200 partners and more than 200 events. We recorded this two weeks before it opened, which turned out to be the right time to catch them. What I did not expect was how much of the conversation would be about restraint. Anna on why generating ten pages in two minutes does not mean you should. Katka on why leading with AI stopped making anyone look clever. Both of them on the difference between piloting something and actually scaling it.
